1. Open TropicEatz and pick your area
Launch the app on your phone or open app.tropiceatz.com. TropicEatz shows restaurants available in your town, so first pick whether you're ordering in Port Vila or Luganville. You'll only see kitchens that can actually serve you, with opening hours shown up front.
2. Browse the menu
Tap a restaurant to see its menu, prices and add-ons. Most local shops list dishes the way their kitchen writes them, so what you see is what they make. Check any delivery fee and the minimum order (if the restaurant sets one) before you fill your cart.
3. Choose pickup or delivery
Decide whether to collect your order or receive it delivered. For delivery, confirm your address and check the zone and fee. If a restaurant is too busy or paused, the app will tell you rather than leave you guessing.
4. Confirm and pay your way
Review your whole order summary, then confirm. TropicEatz payment and VAT are set up for island businesses, so the amount you approve is the amount that counts. Clear item lines and totals appear so there are no surprises.
5. Track it live and collect it
After the restaurant accepts, follow status updates from the kitchen through to pickup or delivery. For pickup, head over when it says ready; for delivery, keep an eye on your phone for updates and the timing estimate.
